All employees, photographers, renters, clients, and guests are expected to help maintain the cleanliness of the studio. GENERAL STUDIO CLEANLINESS: Everyone is expected to: Treat the studio with respect. Clean up after themselves before leaving. Dispose of all trash in the designated trash containers. Report spills, damage, or maintenance concerns immediately. Keep all walkways and exits clear at all times. EMPLOYEE CLEANING PROCEDURES: Opening Duties Unlock and inspect the studio. Turn on lights and climate control. Empty trash receptacles if needed. Check restrooms and restock supplies. Sweep or vacuum floors. Wipe down lobby furniture, countertops, and reception desk. Clean mirrors and glass doors. Inspect the infinity wall for marks or damage. Ensure equipment is organized and ready for use. Between Sessions: Remove all trash left by clients. Sanitize high-touch surfaces. Sweep or vacuum studio floors. Wipe down furniture and posing equipment. Return furniture and props to their designated locations. Inspect lighting equipment and cables. RESTROOM CLEANING Employees should: Sanitize toilets, sinks, and countertops. Refill soap dispensers. Refill paper towels and toilet tissue. Mop restroom floors. Empty restroom trash.
