Our Cleaning Process GFB Studios is professionally cleaned and prepared before each reservation to ensure guests enter a fresh, comfortable, and welcoming space. Our cleaning process includes: Disinfecting high-touch surfaces, including door handles, countertops, tables, light switches, and bathroom fixtures Cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and shared surfaces Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors Removing trash and replacing liners Resetting furniture and décor Checking the balcony and production areas Inspecting microphones and studio equipment between bookings Restocking essential bathroom and cleaning supplies We also allow time between reservations whenever possible so the space can be properly cleaned, inspected, and reset. Guests are expected to place trash in the designated area, clean any dishes or kitchen equipment used, remove all food and decorations, and leave the space in the condition in which it was received. Excessive mess, stains, spills, or additional cleaning needs may result in an additional cleaning fee.
