Conveniently located just off I-35, it works well for photo shoots, film and video production, podcast recording, and other creative projects. We've curated a loft-style space, intentionally crafted to spark creativity and offer versatile backdrops. The main open area features polished concrete floors, vaulted ceilings, bright white walls, original artwork, and an abundance of plants — with high ceilings that give lighting and camera setups plenty of room to work. One of the space's most unique features is the oversized roll-up garage door, which floods the room with natural light and can be opened fully to create a seamless indoor-outdoor shot or bring in fresh air between takes. The space includes a comfortable lounge area for cast and crew, a conference room area that works well as a green room or production office, and a TV on a rolling stand with Apple TV for monitoring or client review. Sonos speakers are also available for audio needs. Furniture can be fully rearranged to open up the space for equipment, sets, or staging: + 45 additional chairs + Twelve 2-by-4-foot folding tables + Flexible lounge and meeting furniture that can be moved out of frame The small kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, and microwave. Two bathrooms are available. The building is stand-alone and set back from Shawnee Mission Parkway, offering a private setting free from outside noise and foot traffic while remaining convenient to reach. A dedicated parking lot provides 20 spaces for crew and equipment vehicles, with additional street parking available. The space is yours to make your own — whether you're shooting, filming, recording, or creating.
