Plan a corporate team-building event, birthday party, holiday celebration, fundraiser, or group tournament for up to 125 guests. Beginners and experienced players are welcome, and guests who prefer to socialize can enjoy the lounge and event room. WHAT YOUR FULL-BUILDING RENTAL INCLUDES • Eight full-size indoor pickleball courts reserved for your group • Upstairs golf simulator—included with the full private building rental • Enclosed 1,000-square-foot event room with tables, chairs, and a 75-inch TV with laptop connectivity • 2,000-square-foot upstairs mezzanine with gathering space, foosball, and air hockey • Courtside lounge and spectator seating • Wi-Fi, speakers, microphones, restrooms, lockers, and showers • Water fountains, bottle-filling stations, and free on-site parking FOOD AND GATHERING SPACE Outside catering is welcome. Use the private event room for food, presentations, or a team meeting, then head to the courts for friendly games. The lounge gives guests a place to take a break and spend time together. WANT HELP RUNNING THE FUN? An optional Event Host & Tournament Director is available for $75 per hour. Your host can welcome guests, explain the rules, organize teams, coordinate games or tournament play, assist with scoring, and make announcements. PLAN YOUR EVENT There is a two-hour minimum.
