The First Studio is a two-room creative space at Containerville in Bethnal Green, East London — two minutes from Cambridge Heath and ten from Hoxton. Both rooms are available for dry hire or with an operator, individually or together as a private site for the day. THE SPACES Studio 101 — Warm brown-panelled set A signature production space with a warm, textured panelled backdrop that reads well on camera without additional dressing. Built for interviews, talking-head content, video podcasts and branded film. Capacity: 12 seated / 20 standing. Studio 102 — Bright flex space A clean, soft-cream room with a neutral backdrop and flexible layout. Suits stills, product and brand photography, headshots, social content and small productions. Bring-your-own-kit welcome. Capacity: 15 seated / 20 standing. RATES Studio 101 — £110/hour (founding rate until 31 December 2026, usually £150) Studio 102 — £85/hour (founding rate until 31 December 2026, usually £100) Both rooms and full-site day bookings quoted on request.
