A cozy lounge area offers another distinct backdrop, while the dedicated game room—with a pool table-ping pong table—provides a fun, casual setting for lifestyle and editorial shoots. Take the production outside and you’ll find a private backyard with a lovely covered seating area, offering a relaxed outdoor backdrop and additional space for creative setups. Our two-car garage is also available for use, providing convenient flexibility for equipment, staging, storage, or additional shooting space. Throughout the home, warm hardwood floors, soft neutral tones, natural textures, and touches of muted green create a relaxed, elevated aesthetic that photographs beautifully. And then there are the house celebrities… 🐶🐶 You may notice our two very photogenic pups making a cameo in the photos. While our dogs are not included with your rental (😂), they are available to make a special appearance in your production for an additional fee.
