There are 2 bedrooms and 2 guest bathrooms. NOTE: The bedrooms are NOT included in the rental, but can be added for an additional fee. The bathrooms are included and are guest bathrooms. Your rental includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, first-floor guest bathroom, second-floor guest bathroom, and the entire outdoor area. The main floor features a waterfall-island kitchen, a living room with a star lit ceiling, a built-in fireplace, and glass walls that slide fully open to the pool deck. NOTE: The pool and jacuzzi are NOT included in the rental for use, but can be added for an additional fee. Outside: a turfed courtyard with lounge seating, a dining area, a fire feature, and a full outdoor movie screen with a projector. Large 5-6 car driveway on-site. After your booking, the space is cleaned again before the next guest arrives, so you're always walking into a fresh, ready-to-shoot environment.
