A long working bar, warm practical lighting, and maritime décor create distinctive beer-hall, hospitality, industrial, and nightlife looks. The setting suits film and television scenes, music videos, commercials, fashion and editorial photography, interviews, and product shoots. The exterior courtyard offers picnic tables, shade canopies, and string lights. A loading dock, ramp, and large doors provide options for equipment access; exact clearances and the loading route should be confirmed during your scout. The bar and adjoining interior total approximately 20,000 square feet. The adjoining raw/service area is a separate zone with unverified occupancy and is not automatically included for filming, holding, staging, or guests.
