Bring your next production into a colorful artisan marketplace inside a restored 1940s wood warehouse in San Pedro, on the Los Angeles waterfront. Long retail aisles, eclectic shopfronts, handmade goods, books, art, and layered displays offer a range of authentic backgrounds within one distinctive interior. Skylights, exposed timber beams, high ceilings, and warm historic character give the market a rich sense of scale and texture. The layout works especially well for film and television scenes, commercials, music videos, editorial and fashion photography, product shoots, interviews, and walk-and-talk sequences. Production features include giant barn doors, a loading dock with a ramp, Wi-Fi, restroom access, and areas for hair and makeup and talent holding. The owner estimates the marketplace at approximately 26,000 square feet. Please share your proposed footprint and crew needs when inquiring. Available Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to midnight, for up to 300 people total. The rate is $1,000 per hour with a six-hour minimum ($6,000 base location fee before Peerspace fees and applicable taxes). Setup, filming, cleanup, and load-out must all fit within your booking. No overnight productions. The building has fans and airflow but no air conditioning or heating. There is no production kitchen.
