Each area offers a different residential backdrop, allowing productions to capture multiple looks in one location without extensive set dressing. The apartment works especially well for NYC photo shoots, commercial and lifestyle video, fashion and beauty content, interviews, wellness campaigns, CPG, food and tabletop photography, e-commerce, and small productions. Wi-Fi, elevator access, nearby parking, and easy access to public transportation make the space convenient for crews. A service elevator can also be reserved in advance for shoots and provides direct access to the floor, which is especially helpful for equipment and larger production loads. For shoots combining lifestyle and product photography, a simple white tabletop setup can also be provided when arranged in advance.
