Amenities include Wi-Fi, two restrooms, air conditioning, heating, a hair-and-makeup area and talent-support space. Support-area layout and exclusivity are confirmed for each booking. Ground-floor load-in is through a wheelchair-accessible front door; doorway measurements and the complete equipment route should be checked during a scout. Productions may be considered 24/7, including overnight, by advance written approval. The location rate is $500/hour with a four-hour minimum, or $6,000 for 12 hours. Basic cleaning is included in the hourly rate. Maximum total headcount is 60, subject to the approved layout and confirmation of staff inclusion.
