Historic Providence Penthouse Roof Deck with Superman Building Views

Welcome to a one-of-a-kind private rooftop space in the heart of downtown Providence, perched at the very top of a historic five-story building with incredible views of the Providence skyline and the iconic Superman Building. The space offers approximately 430+ sq. ft. of private indoor/outdoor space, with an 18’ x 12’ climate-controlled interior lounge and an 18’ x 12’ newly constructed hardwood roof deck. The indoor space features exposed historic brick, two built-in seating areas, a bar, table and stools, glassware, Sonos speakers, heat and air conditioning, and a working dumbwaiter connecting the rooftop level to the kitchen below. The outdoor deck offers an intimate setting surrounded by downtown architecture and skyline views, with new hardwood decking and a modern metal railing. The combination of indoor and outdoor areas provides multiple backdrops and setups within one booking. The space is especially well suited for photo and video shoots, brand and social content, interviews, small corporate meetings, creative sessions, product photography, and intimate private gatherings. We recommend a maximum of 8–10 guests to keep the space comfortable. A restroom is available on the floor directly below the rooftop. Outside catering is welcome. The private kitchen in the residential portion of the building is not included with standard bookings, but kitchen access may be arranged for an additional fee. The dumbwaiter can be used to conveniently move approved food, supplies, or event essentials between levels. Please note that the rooftop is located at the top of a historic five-story walk-up with no elevator. Guests must be comfortable climbing stairs, and unfortunately the space is not wheelchair accessible. The building is also home to The Eddy cocktail bar, but the rooftop is a separately owned private space and is not affiliated with The Eddy.
