Two south-facing and two north-facing windows provide lots of natural light throughout the day, with views opening onto a downtown alley.
The space is well suited for photoshoots, painting, dancing, music, film, and other creative projects. Amenities include a fridge/freezer and microwave. Shared restroom located down the hall.
