Mehr über die Räumlichkeit
A newly remodeled traditional estate in the heart of Calabasas, made for film and photo productions, meetings, and private events. Classic architecture — arched steel-glass doors, chevron wood floors, and a grand staircase — paired with a full designer renovation: marble waterfall-island kitchen with brass fixtures, spa-like baths, and living spaces anchored by sculptural fireplaces. The fully redone backyard is the showpiece: a sparkling pool with a wide lawn for shoots, a covered pergola dining area seating ten with an outdoor TV, a full BBQ and bar setup, and lounge vignettes throughout. Glass walls open the family room to the yard for seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Ideal for commercial shoots, branded content, music videos, offsites, and intimate events. Accommodates crews up to 20.
