Welcome to a warm and inviting traditional home designed for intimate gatherings, celebrations, and special occasions. The home features classic suburban architecture with updated transitional interiors, decorative ceiling details, a fireplace, a separate dining room, spacious kitchen, and a built-in wet bar that makes entertaining easy. The main living room serves as the primary gathering space, offering an open area that can be arranged to accommodate a variety of event setups. Its decorative ceiling, fireplace, large windows, and neutral finishes provide a versatile backdrop that can be customized to complement your event theme. The separate dining room is ideal for seated dinners, brunches, meetings, dessert displays, gift tables, or additional event seating. The kitchen offers generous counter space and an island that can be useful for food preparation, catering setup, or serving. A built-in wet bar with its own sink and counter space provides an additional area for beverages, coffee, or refreshments. This space is a great fit for baby showers, bridal showers, birthday celebrations, graduation celebrations, family gatherings, brunches, dinners, meetings, workshops, and other intimate events. Parking & Arrival The property is located on a residential cul-de-sac, making arrival and unloading convenient. The private driveway can accommodate approximately 6–8 vehicles, with additional street parking available where legally permitted. Guests must be considerate of our neighbors and may not block neighboring driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants, or access to other properties. Carpooling is encouraged for larger gatherings. A door access code is provided for confirmed bookings prior to the reservation. Neighborhood The home is located in an established residential neighborhood in the Houston area. Because this is a residential setting, we ask that guests remain respectful of neighboring homes, particularly when arriving, departing, and gathering outdoors. Important Booking Information Your reservation time must include all setup, decorating, vendor access, event time, breakdown, and cleanup. Please plan your reservation accordingly. Exterior security cameras are located at the front door, driveway, and outdoor yard area and remain on during reservations for property and guest security. We want guests to feel comfortable transforming the space for their occasion while also treating the home and surrounding neighborhood with care.
