Perfect for reunions, bridal showers, business retreats, writing workshops and receptions. The coffee bar in the front room is perfect for bartending and food catering needs, and with full venue rental, your guests can enjoy the front porch, side yard seating, and the smaller spaces for seating and relaxing. With 2 restrooms and a small staging kitchen in back, our space is well designed to make events simple and supported.

The entire building was renovated in 2025, with all new plumbing, electrical, paint and restoration of historical features to state and federal historic renovation guidelines. We conduct regular deep cleanings and have a paid team of professionals that we can retain in consultation with our guests as requested.
