All rentals need to be struck and out of the space by 12:00am. ELECTRICAL We have 3 independent 20 amp circuits for plugging in lighting, film, and sound equipment. LIGHTING Our studio is illuminated with abundant natural light from both south and west facing windows, accentuated with overhead halogen lighting. FOOD AND BEVERAGE Although we do not provide catering or beverage services, outside food is allowed. PARKING Located just two blocks from the Muni T Train Line, we are surrounded by free street parking as well as bike racks located inside the building. Our lobby is secure with easy to access loading docs, freight elevators and restrooms. DESCRIPTION This bright and spacious studio is one of the largest in San Francisco. Boasting 2,500 square feet of the dance floor alone, our professional, private and open-air work space is illuminated with natural lighting from both south and west facing windows, and is equipped with wifi, a professional sound system and black-out curtains. We have a secured lobby with easy to access loading docks, freight elevators and restrooms.
