Epic Victorian Mansion - Grand rooms with towering ceilings and extraordinary detail

This historic Victorian mansion appears in dozens of international films, commercials and catalogs. It features grand formal rooms, 12 foot ceilings, chandeliers, and ornate trim on every wall. We've also staged it with many original large-frame paintings, patterned rugs, and furniture. The base rate rental is for the following rooms. - Outdoor areas - Living room - Two dining rooms - Two foyers - One bathroom - No filming in bedrooms (UNLESS discussed and agreed in advance, in writing). PLEASE NOTE 1) You must respect that people live in the mansion. They will do all they can not to interfere with your work, however this requires clear communications as to your needs of the space. 2) Due to ongoing improvements, certain furniture and decor may differ slightly from posted photos. 3) No violence may be depicted on the property. 4) Shoes should be removed while walking through the common spaces to curtail tracking dirt and debris into the home. The tenants of the home also follow this rule. Exceptions can be made for on-set talent, but the crew should do their best to abide. 5) Artistic nudity is allowed, but must be discussed and agreed upon prior to the shoot. 6) The kitchen is available upon request, but cannot be privately reserved (must remain available for tenant use as well). 7) While your rental allows access to the several rooms stated, tenants MUST have access to a minimum of 1 common space at all times during your shoot. 8) Street parking is consistently very easy. On-site parking /may/ be available if arranged in advance. No on-site parking without prior arrangement. 9) Absolutely no smoking/vaping inside the home. Smoke machines /may/ be allowed, with prior approval. 10) Check-in / Check-out times must be strictly adhered to SECURITY DEPOSIT A deposit equal to the GREATER OF $500, or the rental amount (up to $2,000), is required. It must be sent by Venmo, or Zelle. It will be fully refunded as long as there is no damage, no excessive cleaning required, and all ground rules are followed: This security deposit payment must be made within 48 hours of reserving. If the deposit is not made, that will be a breach of contract. As such, your reservation may be canceled, and any payments may not be returned.
