This is a wonderful, modern, conference room perfect for meetings, depositions, interviews, brainstorming sessions or just space to have a quiet conference room with seating up to 10. Tons of natural light fill the space! Kitchen access included with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utensils, plates, etc). There is approximately 200 sq ft of workable space. The whole office is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and the conference room has a beautiful glass whiteboard! A TV is mounted on the wall for presentations. Also, the conference table has all HDMI, phone and power conveniently located in middle of desks to power up laptops and phones. Meeting Support: - High speed wifi - 6' x 4' glass dry erase board (and markers) - Printer/Scanner/Copier -TV with HDMI connection Parking is available in building. It is $2.25 for 15 minutes with a maximum of $18 for all day.
