We have hosted photo and video shoots for hundreds of projects from large corporate to small DIY groups. We are primarily a photo studio so the property is designed for highest efficiency. Meat & Potatoes - 5000 square feet - 2 kitchens, one restaurant grade with commercial fridge, freezer, 8 burner range - 4 full ADA compliant bathrooms - abundant free street parking + back lot for 5 vehicles or a couple box trucks - business class high speed wifi + high speed wired internet - integrated music system - 14 foot high ceilings - 2 42 inch rolling displays for presentations, tethering, etc. - tons of power split on multiple circuits - comfortable, open space designed for maximum hang quality - half or full space rental - layout designed to handle large groups with production space/waiting area isolation - 1 - 8 foot Arkay mono stand with a Manfrotto 229 head. $100/day Layout: https://goo.gl/xyPFYr Studio A - $1000 10 hour day - $600 half day (8am-1pm or 1pm -6pm) Studio B - $800 10 hour day - $500 half day (8am-1pm or 1pm -6pm) Whole space - $1600 10 hour day - $900 half day (8am-1pm or 1pm -6pm) - $100 per hour over 10 ** hourly rate possible for smaller off hour shoots...half day rates also possible.

I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected!
