This is an ideal spot for crews of 19 people or less. We want to encourage people to benefit from our vibe and location. 1600 square feet with black floors and white walls, full kitchen and a bathroom for changing. There’s a locker area that can be used. The storefront’s 10ft square of frosted glass acts like a ginormous soft box. The modular space has all the tech trimmings needed to shoot in clean industrial comfort without distractions. We are located in a "Planned Manufacturing District" which provides benefits over other parts of the city (street parking is free, activity is low in the area after 5pm) but the neighborhood remains safe and convenient to all of Chicago, without the bustle and streetlife that can complicate a production. Getting here is simple. We are two blocks from the El train, and one block from the Damen Bus line.
