Justine & Gary welcome you to our latest valley venue, this spacious storefront location in the adorable Magnolia Park neighborhood. (Please note: we have ZERO daytime availability on Saturdays & Sundays. The space is available starting at 5pm on weekends, no comps or influencer “collaborations”, please don’t ask.) We also don't take bookings more than 6 months in advance. Please read through description and rules fully before inquiring. Great for celebrations, launches and pop-ups with a ground-floor windowed retail storefront. The studio has a high 12-13' ceiling throughout and totals 1,900 ft², with 1,500 ft² of flexible, open floor space, and 100 linear feet of creamy white gallery walls. Minimum Booking Times: Weekends (Saturday + Sunday) - 6 hours Weekday Events - 4 hours The time you book must include all time required for set up, decoration, and for clean-up at the end of your event. Please do not ask to enter the space early to set up. We have integrated RGB lighting and a brand new striking arch, Apple Home pod bluetooth sound system for music and additional AV available in our rental catalog. Speakers work flawlessly with iphone playlists. If you have a Samsung or other non Apple brand phone, please bring an iPad with your playlist. The studio is just up the street from Warner Bros., with free street parking in front and two reserved spaces in the back. Ground-level access, with a custom-designed 10'x10' loading door at the back for easy load in. Visitor's first reaction is that it is larger than it appears in photographs. The space provides a comfortable place for hosting parties, meetups, art shows, fundraisers, launch events and book signings, with easy access in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, and Porto's Cuban Bakery is just a block away! The space can accommodate up to 100 guests if seated theater style or cocktail style parties with seating for some but not all guests. Parties that would like to seat all guests at tables for a seated meal are more appropriate for up to 65 guests. We do not own tables, chairs and linens but we can help coordinate delivery and pickup with a local event rental company. You will be responsible for any delivery or pick-up surcharges if the pickup or delivery window cannot be scheduled immediately following your event. We are happy to host pop-up events but the space is not suitable for popular influencers who expect a line out the door. Soft play areas etc for children's parties will decrease the overall capacity. We are not interested in hosting 21st birthdays, college parties and/ or ragers of any kind with heavy drinking/ drug use/ shenanigans. We want our guests to have a great experience but we don't want to deal with a high likelihood of damage to the space or unruly guests. Children are allowed in the space but must be closely supervised at all times. Aside from 1st birthday parties, it is not an appropriate venue for young children's parties unless they are to be involved in supervised activities. You may bring in food but there is no cooking allowed on site and no taco carts/ grills etc. of any kind. Hot food may be kept warm via sterno in chafing dishes. There is also no outdoor space available for event use. Any vendors who arrive planning to cook on site will be denied admittance to the space and sent home. Beer & wine is fine. No ragers please.
