Ideal for business meetings, corporate events, networking clubs, photography workshops, pop up shops, seminars, happy hours and private parties. This NEWLY constructed, custom designed space is located 3 minutes outside downtown near the River Market - the meeting space offers the following amenities: - 1200 sqft Meeting Space - Mix of Concrete Floors and Hardwood Floors - Hair and Makeup room, with makeup and full length mirrors - Client Lounge area - perfect for relaxing during breaks! - Full Kitchen (Free sodas & water for your teammates) - Bathroom with tiled shower - Second floor loft lounge (VIP Lounge) - Private fenced outdoor green space, custom built wooden deck, furniture and hanging lights. (Now open!) - 20' Ceilings with tons of natural light - 12' wide sliding glass door leading to back yard green space NOTE: I do NOT have my calendar synced on Peerspace please send me an inquiry / booking request to make your rental booking official. Política de cancelación

Estándar de 30 días
