Perfect for photo shoots, video, interviews, content creation, and more —this open DTLA loft features a lush greenery wall, 11 ft ceilings, huge windows, and skyline views. Located on the sixth floor of a commercial building in the Downtown Los Angeles Fashion District. The space features a stunning 6,000 sq. ft open floor plan with 8ft tall windows around, polished concrete floors, and an abundance of natural mid-day and sunset light entering from the East, North and South facing windows. If you have a specific budget in mind, please let us know - we’ll try our best to accommodate depending on the nature of the production and the details of the booking. Feel free to carefully install decor like lights, a neon sign, wooden sign, logo, balloons, florals, and more, taking care not to damage the greenery. REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT 50% of the booking fee rounded up to the nearest $500. Due 30 days before the booking. Held to cover overtime, or damages to the space or included amenities. Charges will be processed and deducted from the deposit, and the remainder will be refunded back. AIR CONDITIONING 3 mini-split units for cooling/heating. The space is in a 1920s concrete building without insulation, so it can get warm on hot days. We provide commercial fans and the windows can open to boost airflow. For best results, use all AC units, fans, and open windows as needed. No central AC. ADDITIONAL PRODUCTION FAQ: Is child-talent allowed? Yes, assessed per production. Waivers must be signed. Is there a student rate? Yes, please inquire for student rates. Will there be an on-site manager present during the booking? No, but someone is always available on the phone to address any questions or concerns throughout the booking. An on-site manager is available for large productions for an additional fee.

Política de cancelación

Estándar de 90 días
