There is a gourmet kitchen with a six burner Wolf range stove, custom walnut cabinetry, marble back splash, and a stainless steel hood vent centered on a 10 foot island. Available: Cooking shows, photo shoots, commercial shoots, content creation, blogging, Youtube videos, podcasts, interviews, TikTok videos, social media, etc. Sorry no events. House is located on a wide street and includes three parking spaces in the driveway and additional parking in the back that can fit a 17'-26' Box Truck or Sprinter Van. The kitchen, living space, dining area, office, one bedroom, guest bathroom and backyard are all included in this rental price. There is also a garage and private area in the back of the home that can be used for equipment storage, food/prop area and crafty/catering.
