Spacious 1100 Sq. Ft. apartment with rock 'n' roll vibes available for indie photo shoots, films, commercial shoots, and more (please, no events)! Located in Sherman Oaks right near Ventura Blvd (within walking distance of grocery store and tons of shops/restaurants). Convenient location (close to the 101), lots of natural light, quiet location. Because this is a private residence in an apartment complex, filming is restricted only to the apartment itself (filming outside the building or common area is strictly prohibited. Also please keep in and outs to a minimum and do not loiter in the common areas). You will have full access to the apartment (aside from one room, which will be locked).
