Designed with the intent of providing high-end amenities inside a gritty unfinished Brooklyn loft, our space makes the perfect location for high-end productions that want a down to Earth feel. Studio 1, our main shoot space, hosts huge steel casement windows with opaque wire safety glass, rustic plank wood floors, rough brick and distressed plaster walls. Visitors often remark that it reminds them of old SoHo or Williamsburg before both areas became overly gentrified.
