The high-ceiling raw warehouse/gallery-style space is a blank slate, ideal for clients looking to create custom events that promote their brand and reflect their personal style. Extraordinary views of the Midtown skyline, especially at sunset, provide a rare backdrop for product launches, holiday parties, networking events, weddings and other social gatherings, film and photo shoots, performances, film screenings, art exhibitions and fashion events. We are an event venue; we provide the space, and independent vendors provide all other goods and services to clients for their events. The venue provides bathroom amenities, as well as basic cleaning and trash removal after each event. NOTE: Events rent by the day, not by the hour. Day rates vary by day and date.
