The space has A/C throughout the building and skylights & doors that can be automatically & remotely closed/covered to blackout the space. 48 folding chairs and 2 folding 8 ft tables available for use with rental. Perfect for conferences, private gatherings, etc. The building is just across the river from DTLA and the Arts District. Lots of street parking and 5 minutes walking to nearest Gold Line station. Our space is cleaned regularly with a focus on high touch surfaces in the bathrooms, office, and kitchen. Because the space has large doors, ventilated sky lights, and gates at each entrance, it is easy to keep airflow moving through the space. Per the new LA City Council Guidance, all attending guests must be vaccinated or provide proof of a negative covid test within 72 hours of the event.
