Enjoy the sunset from the front lounge. Chilly? How about a fire in the fire pit or in the classic 60's fireplace. Super quiet as there are no direct neighbors on 3 sides. The hiking path is outside the door. At the top of Mt Washington on the most beautiful lane. Since this is a lane, valet parking is recommended for any plan that includes more than 10 cars. We do have a recommended valet who offers a competitive rate. We cannot accommodate late night events as this is a residential neighborhood.
