Charming House with a HEATED POOL in a Bright Backyard

Our unique property in Studio City, features a charming, bright house, a spacious backyard & a HEATED POOL for video shoots, photo shoots, filmed interviews, and small productions. INTERIOR: The house features colorful decor & furniture, hardwood floors, and lots of natural light that pours through the windows. You'll have access to shoot in our spacious kitchen & dining room, the living room, 1 bathroom. [Approximately 5,000 sq ft of interior space.] EXTERIOR: The 7,500 sq ft backyard includes an expansive pool, deck with patio furniture & tall palm trees surrounding. Plenty of street parking is available for load-in & out. A site manager will be present on the property to assist with any questions throughout your booking. (We also own two small dogs - a maltese mix & miniature pincher - who can be featured in shoots. If interested, please inquire.) PRICING: $69/hr - for group sizes 12 & under $79/hr - for group sizes 12 & under with bedroom $89/hr - for group sizes 13 - 20 $99/hr - for group sizes 13 - 20 with bedroom For groups exceeding 20, please inquire to receive a customized rate. $10/hour will be charged per extra person above 20 attendants. Please be truthful about it, we know how to count ;) PLEASE NOTE: * For bedroom or other rooms, please inquire first. * If you're loading in & out heavy production equipment, please bring PROTECTION TO COVER OUR TILES & HARDWOOD FLOORS. * If your cast/crew group exceeds 12, please note that you will be required to bring your own PORTA-POTTY. * Guests with allergies should be aware that the space hosts dogs outside of bookings.
