Bulk trash is anything that cannot fit within the trash can or trash bins in the hallway. • Please return the studio back to the condition it was in. • Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down or overtime fees at x1.5 rate (unless specified otherwise) will apply in 30 minute increments. Early arrival counts as overtime. • Do not walk/stand on the curved portion of the cyclorama wall. Doing so will damage the wall with repairs starting at $500+. • No paint, dyes or materials that are difficult to clean (ex. glitter, flowers) can be used on the cyc wall without prior approval. Repainting/deep cleaning damages starting at $150+. There is a loading dock with a ramp to load items into the building during business hours. The loading dock is located on Mill st. Building hours are 8am - 4:30pm M-F There is a freight elevator that is available with a site rep. After hours usage is possible but only when requested 48 hrs in advance as approval must be granted from building management and a site rep must be on location to operate.
