Hey ,thank you for your interest in our studio location!! We Welcome All those interested in bringing their Creations to Life! Film Makers, Musicians,Photographers,Fashion Designers,Spa Therapists and also those looking to rent a space for a meeting or teaching classes, host a casting call and/or rehearsals,etc. Ballon Art Additional. Train:E,J,Z to last stop (Jamaica Center),F to 169th street, LIRR to Jamaica (10 Min Walk). Many buses come this way as well, It is near the 165th Street Bus Terminal . It is a very central area, lot's of stores, parking, etc. The studio is comprised of the following: Waiting Area Work Room Area Seating areas Nice Sized Restroom Area Large windows for natural light Blue Tooth Speakers Projector (Additional $25.00) Already Created Set Designs ( As shown in photos) Intimate Dinners :Additional Customized Pricing If you have your own design /props we can have the area empty for you to set up.
