Perfect for rehearsals, day-shoots, seminars, presentations. ***AVAILABLE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE*** - Free street parking within a block or two - WiFi - Up to 90 banquet chairs and 5 banquet tables - Black-box theatre rehearsal cubest - Common area open to all rentals (not exclusive) with 2 bathrooms - Small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, sink, no stove or oven) - "Honor system" snack bar ***RATES*** Weekdays before 11pm: $50/hour Saturdays and Sundays: $75/hour Any hours after 11pm: $150/hour There is a cleaning fee of $25 added to each booking. These rates apply for up to 50 attendees. There is a surcharge of an additional $15/hour for 51-80 guests. There is a 10% discount for booking more than 8 hours. ***ADDITIONAL SERVICES*** For additional fees, the following equipment and amenities are available.
