Meeting Retreat with Direct Beach & Ocean Access

Available 7-days a week | 7 AM-6 PM Private Events Our large but intimate industrial-chic beach house (for up to 25 people) is located directly on the water in Princeton by the Sea, ideally located between San Francisco and the Silicon Valley. The space is within walking distance of various beaches (including the famous Mavericks), hiking trails, water sports, and restaurants. The space includes full use of the first two floors (minus the garage) and half use of the third floor. There are two balconies with one overlooking the ocean + a patio with direct beach access. We've hosted a variety of bookings such as corporate off-sites, educational offerings, yoga/meditation workshops, and the like. The views and space are more amazing in person!
