This lakefront property holds a beautiful 101 year old home with a dock, large outdoor decks and balconies and expansive views. The home is approximately 3500 square ft, with three bedrooms, three baths, a large stone fireplace, and beautiful high open ceilings. Two of the bedrooms are adorable kids spaces, and the master is a cozy room with an amazing lake view. The first floor is the entry, bedrooms and baths. The second floor has a living space with a dining room, a giant open kitchen, all white with white marble counters and gorgeous wood floors with a timeless, vintage look. The third floor is a charming finished attic/den. The house was built as a barn in 1923 and is extremely charming, with gorgeous views and balconies all around. The property is on a 1/2 acre lot and has plenty of room for parking. The dock is large and next to a grassy area. There are 2 stand up paddle boards, kayaks and canoes and a large party boat available. We also have a six seater golf cart. I am having a difficult time with the platform, trying to update my photos. The chicken coop has been removed and a beautiful dark brown trailer casita is in its place.
