The house was completely renovated in 2017. It is in a quiet neighborhood in Encino. There is street parking around the corner for weekday parking. On the weekends, there is no parking restrictions and plenty of parking immediately in front of the home. There is an open driveway for use on all days. Great for small events / photo shoots / yoga / and small video shoots in our backyard property. approx 4500 square ft of space. Great outdoor open patio and lounging / picnic space. Overhead string lights bring beautiful ambience in the evenings. Sourround sound audio avaialble for outdoor music All furniture is included and additional tables and chairs can be arranged upon request. Inside of the house is out of bounds except for bathroom. There is a $20 per person charge, if you go over the Max Cap of 30 people. If you wish to host more than 30 people, please contact us and we can negotiate a more appropriate rate. $500 MANDATORY SECURITY DEPOSIT for every event, fully refundable. Damages incurred will be reported to the Peer Space Dispute Resolution team and handled via Peerspace Platform.
