Furnished in an up cycled rustic shabby chic style likened to an artist loft in down town NYC. We can accommodate up to 16 + guests and have hosted day groups of over 50 participants. Have a large garden with fire pit and access to 12 acres of wooded hillside for filming or recreation. Close to the Delaware river.
