This beautiful venue is a purpose-built space in the Mission District, ideal for any sort of production around cooking. Our space is open, airy, bright and welcoming. To your left when you walk in you’ll notice our cookbook library, which is a great resource for learning about different techniques, cuisines and styles. On your right is the large communal table and stepping in a bit further brings you to where you’ll be honing your culinary skills. There you’ll find three professional ranges, two with ovens below. There’s also a professional double oven and all of the gear and ingredients you’ll need for your production.
