Beautiful Spacious Fitness Studio with 3 separate studio rooms with state of the art equipment

This fitness facility has three large studios, a bright and inviting reception area, two large bathrooms, lockers, a private women's locker room and large shower. The studio is located on a charming street in Burlingame on the corner of Broadway and Paloma. You can access the studio easily from 101, 280 or El Camino Real. There is plenty of metered parking, street parking as well as parking lots around the studio. The facility is in pristine condition, well lit and offers a lot of bright natural light. There are hardwood floors throughout the facility, however each fitness studio room has a special mat flooring. Near the reception area, there is a kickboxing studio (studio C) with 6 large boxing bags, 12 pairs of trainer gloves and hand wraps. Down the hall, there is a multi purpose studio room (studio B) that has access to all brand new state of the art equipment including 16 TRX's, light and heavy dumbbells, yoga mats, kettle bells, slam balls, battle ropes, resistance bands, balls, BOSU balls and more. This studio also has ballet bars around the perimeter of the room attached to the walls which are all beautiful mirrors. Studio A is our reformer pilates studio with 13 reformers. This studio is gorgeous with very high ceilings and large windows that give off great lighting. All studios have Sonos speakers as well as the reception area and hallway. Each studio room and reception are controlled with separate NEST thermostats so you can easily control AC/heating. There is a water dispenser and towels are available as well. This venue is great for private group classes, team building events, sports/athletic conditioning and training, corporate events and more.
