Film Studio in Dallas Design District with Green Cyc Stage

Located in the heart of the design district with a green stage, lounge, conference room, and production offices, we have any space you need at a convenient location for your production. Both studio are a 42′ by 42′. Height is 12.5′ to the grid and 14′ to the deck. Comes with a lighting package including 8 space lights and 5 keno flo lights hung and 4 keno flo lights on the floor. Hung lights are adjustable by light board. Access to loading docks. All space rentals include electricity, high speed internet, and dressing room access. We also have lighting and camera equipment available to fit your production needs.
