Intown Dream House with Outdoor and Indoor Event Space

This is an amazing 6 bedroom home in a perfect in-town location. The backyard is available for BBQs of up to 40 people and the living room would be a good spot to host a bridal shower or other smaller event of up to 25 people. The kitchen is enormous and there is plenty of space to set up a buffet line. The range is very high end and we offer a double oven. We offer 8 dining room chairs and 12 backless bar stools. The sofa seats about 5 people. The outdoor seating can accommodate 8 to 10 people. You can play music on the TV using the music channels. One parking space is available in a small driveway. Paid parking is available in a covered parking deck just one block away. 10 hour minimum on Saturdays. Must pay for set-up and breakdown time, if needed. No decor or signs allowed in front yard or on front of house.
