This beautiful open concept kitchen is perfect for food photography, product promotion, commercial shoots, food bloggers, and creative film. This space is filled with tons natural light along with plenty of space for lighting equipment. It is also equipped with professional grade kitchen appliances such as a wolf range, double convection oven, and large marble island. And is complete with city views of the Blue Line El. The space is housed within a newly renovated, boutique Bed and Breakfast located in Wicker Park. There is a loading zone in front of the building to for easy equipment loading in/out. Plus, we have staff on-hand to assist with greeting guests. Guests may also request coffee & tea service and catered lunches. SPACE ACCESS: Staff on-site to greet guests. You must staff your own event inclusive of load-in/set-up and load-out/exit. Please budget time accordingly and provide advance notice if you believe you need extra time. Early arrival/late departure will be billed in 30-minute increments to 1.5x the contracted hourly rate. I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! We keep our kitchen/event space extremely clean and have supplies on hand for guests to use as well. We thoroughly wipe down all surfaces, especially frequently touched areas, with disinfectant solutions. Floors are swept and mopped each day and after each rental. Plus, we have 2 dishwashers to wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, or glassware guests use during their event. The space has a max occupancy of 30 guests which is under the local guidelines. Plus, the space has it's own heating and cooling system as well as windows to let in natural air. Guests also have a dedicated bathroom and may request to use our outdoor patio for breaks during a meeting or production shoot.
