This house is a one-of-a-kind space for film shoots, photo shoots, corporate retreats, artist retreats, workshops, weddings, receptions, fitness classes and much more.We have 2 acres of rolling hills, river and mountain views from nearly every window and is made private by the surrounding, lush forrest and beautiful flowering hedges. Built in the 1850s, this 6 bedroom house has many timeless features including original hardwood floors, transom windows, a stone fire pit, clawfoot tub and much more. We are located only 80 minutes from NYC, 19 minutes away from the Beacon stop on the Hudson line/Metro-North, and 13 minutes from the Salisbury Mills/Cornwall Stop on the Port Jervis line/NJ Transit. For indoor shoots 12-20 is comfortable. For outdoor shoots the huge yard can accommodate 50 people. 6 vehicle maximum in driveway. Uber rides are 20 minutes from the Beacon Train Station. Keep in mind that the house has 1 bathroom, but there is plenty of space for temporary restrooms to be rented locally and discretely placed in the yard. All lawn furniture and wood stacks can be relocated if desired.
