We are here and happy to help you plan your meetings & events safely: • We ask that you consider hosting shorter sessions with fewer in-person attendees; why not take advantage of Constellations’ video conferencing capabilities to invite guests to join from home or another city? We are happy to walk you through our capabilities. • Chairs can be removed from conference room tables to create more space between attendees. Our other shared spaces can be modified to create buffer zones and physical distance depending on your needs. • Our Molekule air purifier (featuring the North Star Library house band!) will be placed in your meeting room. • Encourage guests to take a break to get outside and explore the neighborhood via our 30-minute walking map; copies are provided throughout the space and can be e-mailed in advance. • Encourage attendees to bring their own water bottles and lunches, or consider boxed lunches, individually wrapped snacks, single-use condiments, disposable utensils plates, cups, and bowls.
