Washington. 3 story home - all 1st floor is available for filming. 1st floor is an open floor plan with kitchen, dining, living room, and bathroom. Great for film and photo shoots because of all the windows/natural light. Small front yard and backyard spaces available for breakout groups, a video village, etc. Polished concrete floors, custom white oak cabinetry, Wolf rangetop, Eames-inspired stools, fully integrated refrigerator and dishwasher, mid-century living room furnishings, Persian rugs, vintage tapestry, hand-crafted oatmeal speckled ceramics, other limited midcentury artwork and furniture are all available for shoots. Voted by Redfin as the hottest neighborhoods in the country in 2017, Mt. Washington has grown increasingly popular because of it's hillside charm and privacy while less than 15 minutes from downtown LA. Even though you're in the Los Angeles area, you'll find well-kept homes often full of charm and character on mature tree-lined streets. Trendy Highland Park, Echo Park and downtown LA are within 10 minutes. The 1st floor of the house is available for shoots to use, including the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. We have 6 chairs, 2 couches, 4 stools, as well as 1 rectangular teak kitchen table that can be used. We have 3 (4 if small cars) available parking spots in the carport. Street parking is limited, however there is a large lot 1 block away (permits can be obtained through the city).
