DAY PRIOR/AFTER DISCOUNTS For events that require the day prior or after for set up / teardown, the space can be reserved at 50% off a Full Day Rate, subject to availability. REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT Required for all events. 50% of the booking fee rounded up to the nearest $100. Due 14 days before the booking. Held to cover overtime, or damages to the space or included amenities. Charges will be processed and deducted from the deposit, and the remainder will be refunded back. STUDIO SET UP Lounge furniture is laid around the space and the tables and chairs are conveniently stacked up on the side. TABLES AND CHAIRS Tables and chairs are inside the studio, clients are welcome to use them and arrange them as they please. Linens are not included, kindly bring your own.

Política de cancelación

Estándar de 90 días
