Flexible enough to support small video sets, the curved steel staircase offers a compelling background and easy access to a high vantage point for production and BTS. A service door accesses a secluded back patio behind the shed bar w/ standing tables & stools — a great spot to take a break! Weekend rentals available per availability / at extra cost. A great spot to take a break! **Additional areas used for photo/video outside of designated Rental can be made available at the added rate of $100/hr.** Access provided to 2 restrooms (shared w/ other warehouse tenants & guests). Entire rental area is on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible, with the note that the outdoor areas are hard-packed gravel and the beer garden is landscaped with loose gravel.
