The house was built in the 1930s with its original archway, vintage bathroom, and hardwood floors on a sprawling private 14,000 sq. ft. lot. With unique nooks and fully customizable Phillips Hue lights in every room, you have an array of different themes and moods for every shoot. When you book with us you can expect a cleaned and polished home with full access to every room in the house, front yard, side yard, a vintage 1967 Mustang in the driveway, pool, and cabana. Conveniently located near the 405, 101, and 118 freeways in Van Nuys with plenty of street parking. We require a 4-hour minimum for all bookings and a maximum of 24 people for Cast and Crew only on set at all times. We are taking covid very seriously and ask all guests to please wait outside by the pool or outdoor areas while they are not using the indoor areas to film or photograph. This is non-negotiable. The car is non-operational yet makes a great prop for photo shoots. We've even seen clever filmmakers stage it in a way where it was raining and the actors were driving. » Vintage bathroom: Original 1933 checkered tiles complement the classic decor and beautiful Vanity mirror made for selfies. » Baja Style Cabana: Sweeping view of the pool and lush greenery seeming like you are on a staycation at a resort. » Big Pool energy outdoors as this gem is unheated but lovely. » Pink Jungle Room: New exotic plants, pink walls, and vintage peacock chair make this music room stand out! » Cottage Gazebo now available and photos coming soon.
