Please read everything including the rules before booking. We are a large creative studio with multiple standing sets, locations, and thousands of props. Perfect for your creative productions or event needs, we guarantee this will be the most exotic and interesting place you’ll ever find. Our studio is broken up into 2 buildings and a backlot (maps can be located under our listing photos for an overall reference of the space, not to scale) Filming Location: Filming will either be in Building A, Building B, or at one of our outdoor sets located in the backlot. We allow filming crews to use multiple sets in one booking based on the building you selected at no additional cost (Ex.the jail cell and dungeon are in the same building, when you book the jail cell you can then use the dungeon as well). Both buildings/ all sets can be booked for an additional hourly fee and is based on availability of the sets. When making your booking please let us know which set/sets you are interested in and we will do our best to accommodate. About Wild Wild Western Set: Our Western set is one of multiple sets located within our backlot with various movable props to really help bring life to your creation This set is perfect for photoshoots, short video productions, youtube videos, ect. Multiple props available at no additional cost (based upon availability). Amenities: We provide High-speed Wifi, smart TVs, and projector screen ( currently no projector) preset house lighting, additional folding tables, photography lights, extension cords, props and much more at no additional charge based upon availability and request. Some props may no longer be available or may have been brought in by previous crews Accessibility and Entrances: Wheel chair accessible Front door entry Side gate for entry to backlot Building A: 2 Large roll up doors now with ramp entrance and one with stair entry Building B: Entry through backlot only. 1 ramp entry on side of building, one entry with stairs Please note that some areas are restricted or only available upon request such as the Karaoke/poker room and staff offices/areas. Bathrooms: Building A: There are 2 bathrooms located in Building A near the Bar. One bathroom remains locked unless there are over 30 guests. Building B: There are 2 bathrooms located in Building A at the back near the locker section Bathrooms are restocked and cleaned after each booking but should you need anything during your booking please let the on-site manager know and they will be happy to assist you. AC/Heating: The western set is an outdoor set, please keep weather in mind. We recommend bringing your own cool or hot refreshments to help keep you comfortable. Space heater, portable fans, and event heater available upon request. Cleaning: The sets are wiped, mopped, and straightened up after each booking.Please be sure to throw all trash in provided trashcans and remember to return set to original state before end of your booking, you will be charged for any additional cleaning or damage to sets. Props and furniture must be returned to original places. Extra Fees: Altering Sets Fee: $250.00 includes: -Damage to sets or furniture -Damage or missing props/costumes -Damage to lights or equipment -Any permanent changes made to sets or our props Our space is very versatile, unique, and you’re sure to find something new every time.
